Paul is one of the founding directors of Radwise Limited. He was previously engaged in the role of Managing Director/Commercial Manager until August 2008, where he successfully steered the company to the position of one of the principal suppliers of Health Physics resource in the UK. He graduated from the University of Glasgow with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering in 1995. Paul has recently been reappointed into a second tenure as Managing Director.
Iain is also one of the founding directors of Radwise Limited and was engaged in the role of EHS&Q Manager for the company before accepting the post of Managing Director in August 2008. He graduated from the University of Paisley (now known as the University of the West of Scotland) with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems with Management in 1995. After this he embarked on a career in Health Physics with several companies before founding the company. Iain has recently relinquished the role of Managing Director to fellow company director Paul Allan.
David is also a founding director of Radwise Limited. He started his career in Health Physics with South Scotland Electricity Board (SSEB) at Hunterston in 1990 before leaving in 1998 to work for several contract Health Physics Support companies. On formation of Radwise in 2000 David was appointed the role of Resource Manager and he continued in that role until taking up the new post within the company of Business Development Manager in early 2011.
Gayle commenced employment with Radwise Limited in 2003 to provide administrative support then progressing to become a member of the Management Team in 2007 in the role of Business & Commercial Manager with the main duties of managing finance, admin and human resources. Prior to her employment with Radwise Limited Gayle worked for Magnox Electric at Hunterston A Power Station.
Kerwin commenced his career in the nuclear industry as a Health Physics Monitor with Scottish Nuclear at Torness Power Station. After nine years Kerwin decided to work on the contracting circuit gaining extensive Health Physics experience at various establishments throughout the UK. After working on and off for Radwise since 2001, Kerwin accepted the role of Resource Manager in early 2011. Kerwin’s experience in contract Health Physics is vital for the successful delivery of the services that Radwise Limited provides.
